List Engine
Supplier orders based on your POS data
List Engine reads sales and stock from your accounting system, calculates how much to order and sends the order list to the supplier — manually or automatically on a schedule. It is a finished, working product.
- Accounting systems: iiko and Saby are already connected; 1C, Evotor, MoySklad and Quick Resto are in progress.
- Access is by subscription. A demo mode with made-up data is available without registration.
How it works
Connect your accounting system
Paste the access key — the program pulls in locations, items, sales and stock by itself.
The program does the math
Daily consumption, stock at delivery, a reserve for the days you need and rounding to pack size.
Build the order list
Quantities are already filled in. Adjust what you need — the program will not touch your number.
Send it to the supplier
As a file by email, in Telegram or as a link. Manually or automatically on a schedule.

PDF, Excel, Word and CSV from a template: your columns, company details and logo.
Auto-send
On the chosen days and hours the list is recalculated and sent to the supplier without your involvement.

One link where the supplier always sees the latest list — no login required.
Multiple locations
Each location has its own stock and lists. An employee sees only the locations assigned to them.
Shortage alerts
Fresh stock levels in the list and a warning if an item will run out before delivery.
